Josh brings experience from the brand and business-growth side, having used social media to build and market his own businesses. A former molecular biologist, Josh also brings a rigorous, evidence-led approach to campaign strategy. His experience with hypothesis testing, data analysis and structured decision-making helps shape Orca’s performance-focused model, ensuring partnerships are assessed, measured and improved with commercial discipline.
